Acme, Target, Rite Aid With Two Of The Best Behaved Couponer Babies In The Land

I ran a marathon of store trips with the littles today--I like to get things done during the week so that my precious husband doesn't have to do too many store trips when he's home for the weekend--we like to enjoy our peaceful family time! Anyways, ordinarily I would run this many errands while Maeve is at pre-k but this was a weird pre k week and Ezra woke up with a low fever two days this week (teeth? cold? who can figure these things out!) so we're off it seems. Target Clearance!

I stopped on by my local Target this morning to use up some money-making coupons
($4/1 Schick Target stacked with $5/1 Schick; $3/1 Scrubbing Bubbles Target stacked with $5/$1 Scrubbing Bubbles etc.) and happened to notice that a TON of stuff is on clearance!
Things of note:
Girls (and baby girl/boy) shoes (size 6-13): MANY down to $3.24
Baby clothes (including 3pks of onesies, pj's, trumpette shoes/tights) $3-$4
Lots and lots of baby item clearance (booster seats, bath products etc)
Lots of toy clearance!
That was all I checked out but might be worth looking into if you need any of those items!
I also noticed that this particular Target is always COMPLETELY out of anything that has a high value Target coupon...it seems fishy to me--at first I thought it was a fluke but now I'm thinking not so much. (Glade fabric refresh spray anyone?!)
Anyways, Happy Saturday! =)

Last Minute Target Goodness

I also celebrated Memorial Day with some Target happiness:

I got:
3 Nivea body washes, priced at $3.94.
2 Venus Fusion razors, on clearance for $4.14.

I used the following coupons:
BOGO Nivea coupon from the May All You (expires today!)
2 $4 off Nivea coupons from the 5/2 Red Plum (expire today!)
2 $2 off of Venus Razor coupons from the 5/2 PG (expire today!)
One $5 Gift Card Target coupon when you buy 2 Venus Razors (expires 6/2)

Total before coupons: $20.01
Total after coupons: $4.16 plus a $5 Target Gift Card for my next purchase!
That's a 72 cents moneymaker!

Happy Memorial Day! Why Don't We Celebrate With Some EXCELLENT Deals?!

So...I ran out to Rite Aid this morning (during Ezra's morning nap) and purchased everything in the transaction that Ashley laid out yesterday--with a couple additions! I used my 10% off entire purchase from accruing enough points on my Wellness Card and grabbed two NYC nail color (bogo 50%, plus $1/1 from All You June) and spent a whopping $0.64 for the whole kit and caboodle! I'm most excited about the sunscreen! That stuff is soooo expensive and I got it for next to nothing!
I also made a quick stop at Target today (and thankfully, another lovely couponer was in line behind me so I didn't have to feel too bad about my 100,000,000 coupons. =). I purchased
6 Olay Regenerist Cleanser @ $5.99 ea
4 Olay Foaming Cleanser @ $3.48 ea
= $52
- 6 $5/1 Olay Regenerist Cleanser from the PG Thank You Mom Coupon Book
-4 $2/1 Olay Cleanser from Proctor and Gamble Insert 5/2 (these expire today!!)
= $14 WITH $25 in TARGET GIFT CARDS
(I also did the $5 giftcard when you buy any Scrubbing Bubbles Starter Kit in there 4/11SS)
So I spent a grand total of $14.40, rec. $30 in gift cards (counting the scrubbing bubbles), $20 Olay rebate and $12 PG rebate!).
I love not having a job but making money while shopping. It's the awesome-est!!

Totally Free Target

I headed to Target today to use my BOGO Tropicana Orange Juice coupon
(offered on their website the other day) and wanted to check and see if Connect 4 was back in stock.
Last week they were running it on special for $7 but they were all out by the time I got to Target so I got a raincheck! It was my first raincheck experience and it was smashing!
This week they are running a special where you get a Monopoly or Scrabble card game for free with the purchase of Connect 4 (also along with some other games). So, not only did I get Connect 4 for the $7 price, I also got the free card game! But wait, there's more! I used the $3 off select Hasbro games (printed from Target.com coupon section) and stacked that with the $4 off Connect 4 which was in last week's paper (3/21). So for totally free--Connect 4 and Scrabble card game! Woot!

Target + Toy Story (x 2) = Love!!!

Ah! Another Target success!!!
I just got Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2--dvd/blu ray combo packs PLUS TWO FREE movie tickets to see Toy Story 3 in theatres for--
are you ready for it?
$3.98!!!!!!
It only took a few minutes of my time and we got a really sweet deal!

Here's what I did!
1. I went to Disney Rewards and entered in the UPC codes on my old VHS copies of Toy Story 1 and 2.
(You have to be a memeber of Disney Rewards to do this, but it's totally free--you just have to sign up here you enter the upc codes in the box that says, "enter your code" on your account page).
2. I heard through the grapevine that if you don't *have* the UPC codes on hand you can find them on Amazon (dot) com.....You need to enter the UPC codes so that you can print off TWO $10 off coupons from Disney Rewards towards the purchase of the dvd/blu ray combo packs.
3. After you print off your two coupons you need to take them and your local Toys R Us flyer to Target. At the courtesy desk (and even at teh registers I think) you can get them to price match Toys R Us's price on these movies--it was very easy--we had no hassle. Toys R Us is currently selling Toy Story 1 and 2 for $16.99 each when you buy BOTH of them on dvd/bluray combo.
4. Target currently is running a promotion (which is automatic) that takes off $10 for buying both dvd/blu ray combo packs in the same transaction.
5. Hand in your coupons and you're golden!
Here's what our receipt looked like:

The rundown:
1. Print off two coupons for $10 each at Disney Rewards
2. Price match to Toys R Us flyer at Target
3. Receive $30 off of your purchase!
(minus 2 $10 off coupons from Disney, minus $10 instant savings from Target)
4. Pay $3.98 plus tax AND receive TWO free movie tickets to see Toy Story 3 through the Disney Rewards Website!!!! (Up to a $17 value)
So...basically we just got PAID $13 to take Toy Story 1 and 2 home and we get to see Toy Story 3 in the theatre with Amelie for free. Woooo hoooooo!

Target Success

Target has always held great temptation for me. I heart it so much. However, when I go in with a stack of coupons and a plan it's a different story! I'm happy to walk out with my deals and ignore the rest....well...I did have to stop and gaze longingly at the summer dresses--but I'll wait for swagbucks to purchase those! (btw--already have spent $60 at Target for FREE b/c of swagbucks. somebody pinch me!)
Need shampoo? You can get Dove for 44cents!
Who can pass up 44cent shampoo? or conditioner? Not me!
Stack one target printable here (search in beauty or personal care and find the coupon--they wouldn't let me print it anymore b/c I've reached the limit =) with one Dove haircare printable here.
Yay for 44 cents!!
Also, if you need trash bags--Target brand is on clearance (@ Deptford)--165 bags for $5!! That's usually what we pay for about 30 bags! Score!
We also used the BOGO My Little Pony Coupon from this weeks paper and got 2 MLP for $4.99! Happy Easter to Maeve =)

iMotion at Target

So Target didn't go as well as I hoped because they were out of the iMotion that retails around thirteen smacks! You know, the one I was going to get for FREE that I talked about here.

So, I got a raincheck. For five.
Because I was thinking
I can get one for free with my two coupons.
But I can get the other four for only $1 each.
(I bought five papers last weekend and there were $5 coupons for this in each).

So 13 x 5 = $65.
On sale brings them down to $30
Minus 5 $5 coupons and 1 $1 Target coupon: $4 for all five!
This is a $61 saving!!

I'd say that's a pretty good deal.
Let's hope they are back in stock soon!

Some Great Target Deals

I am doing this scenario tomorrow. I'll edit this post and let you know my success.  I was a wee bit excited about these deals, so I wanted to post it early, in case anyone wanted to try it tomorrow. I'll be going after school.

Now- a note: the airwick coupon says "one per transaction" and it is the same coupon for both iMotion products. I am going to try and use both of mine since I am buying two different iMotion products. If they both won't work, I will simply do two transactions.

Scenario:
1 DialNutriskin Hand Soap- $1.37
1 Airwick Freshmatic Ultra iMotion Starter Kit- $6.00
1 Airwick Freshmatic Scented Oil iMotion Starter Kit- $6.00

Use the DialNutriskin Hand Soap Coupons:
***target coupon: Cheap Soap Target Coupon
***.35 coupon from the 3/7 RP. (See ** below)

Use the Airwick Freshmatic Ultra iMotion Starter Kit Coupons:
*** $5 off of 1 from the 3/7 SS
***target coupon: iMotion Love!

Use the Airwick Freshmatic Scented Oil iMotion Starter Kit Coupons:
***$4 off of 1 from the 3/7 SS
*** target coupon: Same iMotion Love Coupon

Total BEFORE coupons: $13.37
Total After Coupons: $1.02-1.32 (see ** below)
(Item totals: Free Ultra iMotion, $1 Oil iMotion, .2-.37 Soap)

**I do not have the redplum coupon for the nutriskin soap, but I'll take soap for 35 cents! If you have the red plum, enjoy your 2 cents soap!**

Remember- you can stack one Target coupon with one manufacture coupon for each item. That's why these are so awesome!

Happy good-smellin-all-around shopping!
